May 8th Hearing to Announce Rulings on Motions to (1) Continue Preliminary Hearing and (2) Exclude Cameras from the Courtroom
On Friday, May 8th, at 3:00 p.m. MDT, the Court will announce its rulings on the Defendant’s Motions to (1) Continue the Preliminary Hearing (currently scheduled to begin on Monday, May 18th), and (2) Exclude Cameras from the Courtroom. The Court will hold the hearing via WebEx.
